Started in 2011, Real Land Advisory is a Boutique advisory firm that provide professional real estate advisory services to HNI & Ultra HNI. The Group Launched its ‘Property Management Services’ in 2015 under the brand Real Care to cater to Property Owners owning multiple properties or staying away from city of asset.

The Group further expanded into Real Estate Development wherein it plans to undertake projects through Acquisition, Joint Venture Development / PPP and full-fledged Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) with its responsibilities spanning from sourcing / acquisition of land to its final sale/lease and post sales facility. Whether it is the acquisition of land, the appointment of an architect, the choice of material or the execution of a marketing plan, all processes follow the collective sensibility garnered over decades of experience by the team at Real Land.
